Kristen is a dedicated physical therapist and native of Howard County, Maryland. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore in 2009. Throughout her career, she has specialized in treating a wide range of pre- and post-operative conditions, with advanced certifications in Graston Technique and Trigger Point Dry Needling.
Kristen is passionate about empowering her patients to adopt healthy lifestyle practices, helping them regain function and return to the activities they love. She enjoys practicing yoga and distance running, and currently resides in Wicomico County with her family.
